Aquisition and Sales

• Visit the customers of our market region on a regular basis
• Prepare stock reports and new stock orders
• Monitor backorders in correspondence with the suppliers
• Correspond with suppliers about short shipments. damages or faulty parts
• Issue of price offer, order confirmation, sales calculation, invoices and shipping documents
• Monitor payment of customers
• Promote our products and maintain and develop good relationships with customers and suppliers
• Report about customer visits and update market information

Responsibilities

• Carry out market surveys to get new trends and products
• Plan and organize marketing and sales activities for the local market and its specific target groups
• Participation at local fairs
• Contribution to constant adjustment of the delivery program to the needs and requests of the marketing region as far as this is in line with our principals
• Check enquiries and prepare offers by using our ERP System
• Contribution in the elaboration of the business year's budget and of monthly turnover statistics
