Responsibilities

• Product channeling
• Product flow management
• Document handling (im- and export documents)
• Handling and controlling of certificates and other documents required for the different markets in the region
• Controlling and cooperating with external logistical partners, enabling a smooth and economical flow of goods
• Production and handling of all required documentation for regional distribution
• Controlling and checking of payment securities (DC's) and security levels
• Negotiate transport and clearing contracts with shipping lines, clearing agents etc.
• Monitor, analyze and report logistics cost per shipment and in total
• Ensure timely clearing off all shipments in order to avoid demurrage or other fines
